Founded in 1998, and located in central Helsinki, in the
fashionable Helsinki district of Töölö, The Travel Experience
is a privately-owned company which has grown steadily to become one of Finland's
leading Destination Management Companies and Incoming Tour Operators, employing
experienced staff with many years experience in the industry.
Memberships
The company are members of Finland's national travel industry, SMAL (in English, AFTA, the Association of Finnish Travel Agents).
Finland Convention Bureau promotes Finland as a destination for corporate meetings, conferences, incentives and events, and as a DMC member, promotes The Travel Experience as a reliable and creative partner.
Both company directors are members
of the international incentive travel organisation, Site, and in addition
are also represented on the board of Site Finland.
As part of our dedication to quality, The Travel Experience have completed "Quality 1000", the national Quality Development programme for the Finnish Travel Industry, and are annual members of the group, which is designed to constantly maintain a level of quality amongst the group.
